HELP US

All, I have been a ford owner, lover, and race enthusiast all my life. I have an 06 Power stroke, with a few MODS. Last week I reluctantly drove my friends stock 09 duramax. This truck is faster, more powerful, and more comfortable......mine has a chip! Does anyone know if ford has something in store for 2010 to compete with the duramax?? I am getting worried ya'll. Please tell me there is some good news !!

but I agree also with the OP saying that the 08-09 Duratrash is fast. They do move, but as far as being a better truck, or a more comfortable ride, I do not agree with that. I use to drive a 08 Duratrash, and it has some of the most uncomfortable seats that I've sat in. It was a base model, so that may have something to do with it .

How could you go from the best looking, riding truck to some ugle a$$ turd like a Chevy? They also have that queer suspension up front

I think that the new Scorpion diesel is suppose to come out in 2010. I'm sure that they won't be changing the front suspension though. Solid front axles are suppose to be in HD trucks, not torsion bar IFS.

I also agree with other that the Dmax is not comfy. Even with all the bells and whistles, the seats are the most uncomfortable that I've ever experienced and even worse over a road trip.

trust me, I almost made a doctors appointment to make sure I was feeling well. Not something I am happy about admitting, that's why I wanted to know if ford had something in the works. I cannot shy away from the fact that the duramax ran, and it was more comfortable than mine. I know it would smoke my truck, that's what pisses me off.

What kind of programmer are you running. A chipped 6.0 should run a stock dmax. Are you sure he's stock
