New from Hawaii

Hi, we own a 2000 F-350 Powerstroke/Super Duty, 6 speed manual flat bed truck. It was running fine until the day following filling it up with deisel. We replaced the fuel filter and fuel pump and noticed there is no visible contamination. It now starts up good, but when reving engine at idle it only goes to 1500 RPMS. It also has excessive white smoke from the tail pipe and runs rough when accelerating. We were told it may be due to the Cam Position Sensor. Can anyone help me????

you could repost in the problem section. or try to pm one of the tech's. they have the green names. did you pull or change the fuel filter to see if maybe you got some bad fuel. or to see if your getting fuel to the filter.
