Hello From Charleston, Illinois
I have been lurking on the site for a while now and I figured I should go ahead and create a name. I currently own a '97 F-150 and am in the market to purchase a Powerstroke. My main reason for wanting the truck is to pull my race trailer with. I am not sure yet if it will be a daily driver or just used to pull the trailer. I am looking to educate myself on what Powerstroke will fit me the best.
I know i am wanting a 4 door and that is about the only thing i know i want out of it other then it being a Powerstroke. I THINK i would like it to be manual but i am not sure on that one, haha! I will be pulling at least a 28' enclosed trailer with a U.M.P. modified inside of it with the usual tools, generator, air compressor, etc... If anyone has any tips on what would work well for me or any general comments just feel free to speak your mind.
