New-B to powerstroke.org

just wanted to introduce myself....i live in college station/columbus, Texas. I'm a newbie on this forum but i am a member of LS1tech.com. The main reason for me joining this site is to get some help with my 99 7.3L....its right at 250,000 miles and is still running strong. The only thing we have had to replace is the waterpump at 140,000 miles! I am very impressed with this truck and want to learn as much as i can from this!

Brent

yeah the car i was working on was a '93 Z28 with stock exhaust I installed a K&N FIPK and a MSD 6AL box in the car as well as the plugs, only to have the air pump fail and the cat clog shortly there after. i was using a regular spark plug socket, a regular depth 12pt socket that fit on the spark plug socket and a 3/8" ratchet tried my extension that would be the same effective length as the second socket but the socket was just easier to use IMO
