wichita falls

i run a tree out fit,,,, ive got a 99 f 350 7.3 5 speed,,, my first diesel, owned it now for about 7 years... turned it into a chipper truck,,,, show some pics here in a bit. Question is im looking at buying a 97 im guessing a 1 1/4 ton, its got the 7.3,,, maybe a duh question, is there any difference in these trucks besides the obvious? 5 speed 111000 miles reg cab flat bed,,, private party selling, i know the guy every thing seems to be straight hes asking 3500 seem like a steal to me what do you pros think?
