Smile New member from Sedona

Hi all - I am the (mostly) proud owner of a 99 F250 supercab, Lariat, 4x4 with 231k miles on it. I bought it in 2002 in Florida having just returned from 18 years living on a sailboat in the Caribbean. Moved to Sedona in 2003. Unfortunately, the truck won't fit in the garage so it has spent the last 11 years sitting in the AZ sun and is definitely showing its age (paint is peeling off the top and hood, plastics on the dash starting to disintegrate, etc.(the part I am not so proud of at the moment)). I plan to keep her for a while yet so will get a new paint job in the next year or so and just put a new (used) dasboard in this weekend. Love the forum - the amount of knowledge residing here is amazing and very helpful to me as I try to keep her running. Thanks for being here!

Welcome to the site! I know your pain with the paint job. The sun has done wonders on a few of my rides as well.
