Was Looking for a Good Time... So I Bought a 6.0!

So I was raised around Fords all my life, but somehow ended up in 3 import economy cars prior to this truck. I live in one of the colder regions in the midwest, and with the amount of snow we get and the lack of vehicle space I had, I just didn't feel it was practical driving around my Honda anymore. I caved and found this 6.0 at a nearby dealership, and I went ahead and picked her up! You can see in one of the attached photos that there was a little bit of coolant puke around the degas bottle cap, but one of my buddies with a 6.0 said it shouldn't be too much to worry about (I have since done a little more research... oops! I haven't seen anymore than 2 or 3 drops since I bought it, so I'm not too worried about it yet).
Also, it has a little bit of fender rust, but from my understanding, Fords have had this problem for years so it wasn't too worried about it.

My friends tell me I'm probably going to be on here a lot (already had some electrical issues which may or may not be ironed out yet... lol) so greetings everyone!

2004 F250 Super Duty
Some sort of cold air intake, and some sort of exhaust. Other than that, I'm fairly certain the rest of this truck is stock
