Buying Excursion

Hi. I am a new member, and I am planning on buying an Excursion, hopefully diesel if I can afford it. Ford fan through and through, just trying to do my homework before I spend my money. Thanks for all the info!

Glad to have you - to the ORG!!

A couple of places to check out. Each are sections for the 6.0L and 7.3L, respectively - Each contain a forum for Excursions. If ya don't mind reading, you can find out about both. May help you figure out which you may want.

Just for the record, I found a dealership that had both a V10 and 6.0 excursion. I drove both, and will NOT buy a V10, it was #ss, and it had 70,000 fewer miles. I guess I will have to convert to diesel.
