New from Long Island

Hello, I have a 99 F350 Dually with a 7.3. Love the truck with tons of power. Flush mounted 5th wheel in the bed, and a class 3 under the bumper. Sleeper cap on it so it makes my long drives a little more comfortable. Looking for some help with a problem I am currently having. The truck wont start. Have dome light, but no dash lights, power windows. I turned the ignition on and the wipers moved a little bit but are not turned on. I pulled the fuse panel cover under the dash and relay number one had a steady click to it. We just had rain last night so I am thinking water got in some were and there is a short in the harness. Any ideas were I should start looking? Thanks Ulf
