2004 ford f250 6.0 start up problems

Hey everybody,

I am new to the diesel family. I have an 04 f250 6.0. I have noticed for months that in the morning on start up the rpms do not go over 600 on warming up. Also when it does turn over it is kind of rough on idle until it warms up. Well this morning it would'nt turn over the first two times. I gave it gas on the third start and got it to turn over. Any ideas on what is going on?
I have replace the ficm, replaced the egbp sensor, cleaned out the egr valve, fuel filters, air filter, about two months ago.

This forum has helped me out a lot just reading through other posts. Thanks
