Just bought my 04 f350 yesterday. All stock and looks all original with 243k on it. First plans are egr delete, head gaskets and studs. Then the basic upgrades. Not really looking for big numbers. I'll mostly lurk around the forums for a while.

I want to fix everything and delete the muffler. I might consider a chip but this is a daily driver and I average about 250 miles a day. About half of those are highway the rest are on county roads in the oilfield.
