New powerstroke guy

Hello all!

I recently came from the "dark side" LOL. I was a dodge/cummins/sprinter tech at a dealership and am now the tech at a private company that has 10 (soon to be 12) Powerstrokes ranging from a 97 non-intercooled 7.3 with 400,000+ miles to a 2010 6.4 with 130,000. I personally own a 2002 Cummins 2500. I don't want to start off on the wrong foot so we'll quietly forget about the d***e. The reason I'm here is because with such a big fleet for one person I cant know it all, and have found answers to a lot of my questions from this forum. Also, our 10 fleet will be adding 2 2015 f-450's in 10-12 weeks (ordered) and would like to know, what, if anything should be done to the trucks before putting them to work.
