97 powerstroke problem
I have a 97 F-350 Dually with the 7.3 Powerstroke, automatic OD trans.
Recently when I brought the truck to a slow gradual stop, the engine would act as if it was going to die. (I relate it to stopping a manual trans vehicle in gear and not releasing the clutch.) I threw the trans in Neutral and reved the engine. All was seemed fine. It isn't consistant when it does this and I was wondering if anyone else has had this occur. |

Thanks for the reply. I will do a visial on it. Is there any test procedures (volt/ohm) that you may know about to validate its operation?? If not I'll just R&R it and hope for the best. |
