Im having trouble starting her in the am..from time to time..can anyone help point me in the right direction? Thanks Guys! P.S.: Anyone out here in West Texas??

So....would you like to tell us what kind of truck it is? What's done to it? Any kind of maintenance record?

Your post wins most vague of the month.

Welcome to the org and congrats on the new truck. Like stated above, without any info on the truck, you can't get any help.

Its a 2001 F350 Extended Cab Long bed. Straight exhaust with 5" Tip, HID's..but other than that...shes stock. She came with some kind of "tuner" i guess..looks like a knob that turns about 7 clicks clockwise. The higher it goes the more irratic she idles. Ill take some pics of her to post up here when i get a chance

That's just a chip. Pull out the PCM to figure out what kind it is but unless you get it re burned, you won't really know what is on the chip. as for your starting issue... Probably just your GPR (glow plug relay) It's a common problem and when someone mentions the issues your having, I, along with most, jump to that. Just get it tested with a volt meter. How long to you wait to start it after the WTS light turns off?
