Hello

I am new to the forum I moved to New Orleans for work and I have been needing a work truck and boy did I get lucky. I am going to refinish this guys floors, lay down some tile and paint a few walls so he is going to give me a 1997 f350 4 door dually. Here is my question It has 300050 miles on it the rear tires need to be replaced soon. The windshield has a pretty big crack in it and it has its share of dents and scratches it runs great no smoke from the oil cap. He has paperwork saying the engine was rebuilt so it has 100000 on the new engine. The interior is in fair shape. What do you think it is worth. Blue book is 10,000. Anyways I want to put dual stacks on it and a chip any suggestions. I looked under the mats in the door frames and it does not appear to be a flood truck the carfax also checks out.
