My name is Charlene, short-time lurker but I became a member because of all the helpful information I have found on the site re: DPF/EGTS sensor problems
Proud 2011 Ford F-350 owner, second diesel for me (first was totalled).
She's a 6.7L Lariat with the 8' bed, 41K miles. Overall it's a great truck, and I'm looking forward to having her for many years. I basically bought her because I'm in Kansas going through veterinary school with an interest in beef cattle production medicine. I see many days and night of working out on the field, hauling cattle and equipment, and I hope this truck will be around for them.
I'm the only owner, so I've been through all its ups and downs. The truck has no mods, and I don't really know if I'd want to do any. Everything is factory.
My main concerns regarding the truck currently are:
Finding a solution to this DPF/EGTS sensor problem
Towing/Hauling livestock trailers or fifth wheels (never done this with the truck)
Driving in the snow (originally from San Antonio, first time living in KS)
And just getting sage advice from experienced diesel owners
Thanks for having me here and look forward to hearing from y'all!
