Post New Member and 2013 F350 6.7L owner

Hey everyone, so I managed for my wife to let me get a brand new 2013 Ford F350 Lariat FX4. Definitely a waste of money for me right now because I do not have much to tow/haul but I tend to hit the trails often. Anyways, I joined this forum because I am new to the Diesel world as this is my first diesel anything. I traded in my 2005 F150 FX4 for this truck because I have always wanted a diesel. now I have it and I have put the spray in bedliner, steps, and bedcover on the truck. Now I have a couple other things I want to tweak but I want to see what everyone else things and maybe you all can help me figure out what to do next. I love the power of the truck and the one thing I don't like about the truck which is the only thing is the front lower valance, I don't understand why it is there to limit my front ground clearance, anyone take this off? Next, I do not want to void the warranty in any way but maybe should I tune the truck and also should I get a cold air intake? I appreciate all the help and ideas.

Also, I forgot to mention, should I get a 2.5'' leveling kit? Is it really worth it? What upgrades have you all found best for your trucks?

welcome, nice truck man. level kit would be nice and some 35's
EGR-delete
TBE exhaust w/ DPF delete
i'd recommend just an SCT tuner and custom tune (inovative or gear head), but some ppl would swear by H&S and or Spartan but to each their own. i just prefer SCT when it comes to ford.

Thanks guys, I am definitely going to look into the tuner and front air damn. I will eventually work my way to the 35s but I have a lot of traveling to do in the next year so I am going to wait to get new tires until I use up the ones I have. How about an cold air intake? Any suggestions?
