New From NJ

Just bought an '01 F350 7.3L, CC, 4x4 Short Bed, mostly stock, has a straight pipe exhaust now, Had a plow mount on it when I bought it, and the bed was rusted through (used to be a city truck to salt roads), only 185k on it when bought. Cut out all the rust in the bed when I bought it, waiting to find the right price on either a new bed, or find some sheet metal somewhere to weld in a new bottom. Anyway, thats the truck. I'm originally from San Diego, joined the Air Force, and now I'm stationed in New Jersey, I work as an Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) Mechanic, basically large diesel generators, turbine engine generators, floodlights, etc. Love the Powerstroke, even with the few issues I'm having with it. Also have a 2009 Ford Ranger, Fiberglass Fenders, Fiberglass Bedsides, 33x12.5x15 BFG All Terrains, 5 inch lift in front, 3 inch in back. Always liked Ford Best. If anyone is in the area and has an AutoEnginuity, let me know, I'd be interested in your time!

Thanks for the warm welcome. I'm in Browns Mills, right outside of McGuire Air Force Base. Yeah, it's a good running truck aside from the few issues I've run into and can't seem to figure out what's wrong. Thrown some money at it, but have a newborn and probably shouldn't be spending too much money, just want to get it running well again.
