newbie here

i am now a proud owner of a f-250 ccsb 4x4 with the 6.0. truck has 170k on it but has had head studs and gaskets, egr delete, oil cooler up grade, upgraded turbo and a 5in stainless exhaust from the turbo back that splits into 2 3in pipes. i have just put a lil over a 100 miles on the truck but love it..... is there anything that i should look for or need to add to my truck to make it last?

Glad to have you - to the ORG!!

If you haven't already, take a look at:
03-07 6.0L Forums - A bunch of good info in there. Will probably find info on monitors also. If not, post up a question.

what would you guys suggest? putting gauge pods or just going with a tuner so i could monitor my truck? been looking at the edge evolution, cs, cts, and the insight. i'm just looking for the most bang for my money, and ease of installation and operating. not wanting to race or pull sleds just my boat and enclosed trailer. what would i be looking cost wise to be able to keep an eye on trans temp, egr, fuel press, oil press and temp. and boost.

stay away from edge tuning, if you want something that is all in one, go with the SCT Livewire
