More likely than not your EGR cooler has failed. You need to get this handled sooner than later, as it is possible for coolant to also enter a cylinder. I would suggest a Bulletproof Diesel EGR cooler.
Also, recognize that most EGR coolers fail because the oil cooler plugs first, and then starves the EGR cooler for coolant.
You need to get a monitor on your truck ASAP so you can view the vitals. In particular, start with the Engine Coolant Temp (ECT) versus the Engine Oil Temp (EOT).
