Hello, in the process of buying a 2004 F350. We weren't in the market for a Ford, we were actually looking for a Nissan Titan but came across the 350. It has 120,000 KMs . Part of the deal was that he had to replace the front left wheel bearing, replace fuel and water filter and fresh oil so I get to pick it up next week,

Looking through the forums here I see that there is a number of preventative measures that can be done to prolong the life of your truck but trying to read every post and not knowing half of the lingo its hard to get a list of things to do. The term BULLETPROOF comes up a lot. YouTube has some tips on how to clean the EGR valve and do some other DIY.

The head bolts have been replaced with the longer ones, so he tells me that I don't have to worry about the head.

Is there anything you think I should know about my truck???
