You have come to the right place to learn. Members here have tons of knowledge they are more than willing to share. You have a nice looking truck, how many miles on it? 7.3 are tough as nails, mine had 282k when I parted with her with no problems other than the CPS which was recalled and fixed. Keep up with regular oil changes and only use motorcraft filters. Plus read the stickies in the 7.3 section, very helpful.

I have 200,800k miles as of today. Thanks for the info on oil changes and filter choice.

Hope to learn a lot from them.

I ran motorcraft oil in my 7.3 with only motorcraft filters. Now in my 6.0 I am running t6, little more expensive but I believe it's worth it. LOL you may open a can of worms by asking for oil recommendations but can't go wrong with t6.
