another newbie

my name is Joe from Vacaville, CA. Just registered after looking through the site and finding some great info. Looks like everyone on here is pretty cool and willing to put up with even the most mundane of questions, even if they are asked a couple hundred times (CPS threads) ha ha ha

I have a 2002 F-350 I bought new off the lot. Grey crew-cab, 8-inch Fabtech lift, 38" PJ's, Airaid intake, SC Programmer, 5 1/2" exhaust, 4.56 F & R, WARN hub conversions, Mag Hytek pans/covers, couple of other suspension add-ons sitting on the floor of my garage waiting for me to free up some time...

Also just went through my first CPS, any comments about whethr or not to put in the stock replacement or to go with the "Blue International" CAMP? I have read the International doesn't play well with chips/programmers; is that true?

Joe! Sorry I can't help with your question as I'm a diesel newbie myself, but there's plenty of knowledgeable folks here who should be able to.

Welcome !!!!!!!!! I too just did a CPS change, but I just went with a ford one off of e-bay for $50. I am sure someone will let you know the deal on the blue one.

to powerstroke.org. I belive the blue one retards your timing a little so you will want to stick with the black one.
