Hello
Hi everyone, awsome site you have here, I have already learned so much from just reading different fourms. I just traded off my 01 superduty with a V-10 in it for an 02 sd crew 4x4. And now I'm looking to find the best programer or chip and put a gibson duel outlet exhaust on it. I'm a meathead in the mechanical side of things so the eaiser to install the better in my case. I like the edge juice with attitude setup but if anyone has a better less complicated idea i'm all for it. thanks

first off, welcome aboard! There is tons of stuff to be learned on here! Give us a little more info about your truck, I'm sure you won't have any trouble getting suggestions... I personally run the Edge Evoloution, depending on your tranny, you might want to think about something that will bump up the shift points and firmness. The Attitude won't do that, but the evoloution will. Of course, you could do both.... What kind of gains are you looking for? towing? |

thanks for the warm welcome Purduefarmboy460. I hope to leave my over confident friend and his Titan in a big gloreous cloud of black smoke. but for the most part i would like to get more MPG's and lower EGT's, but if i can push a button and dishearten a buddy now and then I'd be happy. As for the truck it's an 2002 Super duty crew cab 4x4 Lariet sitting on 33 BFG's radial muds westin step bars and a Leer tonto cover(How ever you spell it) It has an after market exhaust on it but for the life of me I have no idea who makes it. I just bought it in Nov. it had 49k miles on it. I drive 35 miles to work so the added MPG's would be a big help. Like I said earlier I'm not too good with a wrench, I take that back I am more afraid of screwing things up, and it costing me more $$ to fix my screw up. So I'd rather pay someone to do it right the 1st time. |
