newby with a ford F350

Hi everyone, my name is Darren and I have joined the site to get hints on how to work on my F350 with out to much out in diagnostic equipment and specialty tools. Currently my truck will start but as soon as you step on the throttle it starts missing and blowing black smoke. Not sure if it is an injector or the turbo. When I find the rite forum I will post more but in the mean while I am happy to be a member and hope for lots of good advise.

Darren
