Smile 2008 F250 6.4L Brand New Engine - Noob :)

Hi everyone,

I've been looking at this forum for quite some time, and decided its finally time to join. Looks like a great group of knowledgable people here and glad to join up and (try) to be appart of!

I recently purchased a 2008 F250 6.4L Diesel from my construction company, they had just spent 20,000$ in Fort Mac to put a brand new engine in it. I'm searching through the threads sinking in as much info as possible to keep this unit running brand new for a long haul! So far the truck is immaculate. Fully loaded, 500KM on new engine with warranty. The DPF and EGR has not been deleted, and as I am new to the diesel world, was wondering what I should do to best maintain my new rig.

Will upload pictures on monday when I have cleaned it up, removing all of the company labels and clean it. The interior has just been detailed and is ready for show, but the exterior needs a little TLC. One of the boys on site has damaged the rear bumper by attempting to hook up to a trailor, and failed horribly! I have taken some heat and a sledge hammer to fix that, along with some self tapping screws to hold the plastic modling on. All is well now!
