1996 F350 - New Owner - Stafford, VA

Just picked up my first diesel(mainly to tow a racebike trailer).
1996, F350, 4WD, 4DR, XLT, 5SP, 7.3L turbo

I got it from a friend that needed it paid off, it's got 225,000 miles and is in pretty good shape imo(couple scratches here and there but no damage at all) and seems to run GREAT. Long overdue for all the gasoline trucks and vans my wife and I have worn out over the years(I swore I'd never buy another truck with automatic overdrive in it so for towing our motocycle trailer to the races and back and such, this really fit the bill).

Funny how I've said for a couple decades that I have no urge to buy a claatering obnoxious and smelling diesel... (yet I've dealt with my old Harley's on a daily basis for well over 2 decades )...
and now that I bought a diesel I think it's the greatest sound and smell in the world .

This forum is very similiar to the mc forums I frequent and looks like a great place to get info when i need it. Thanks to those that put it out here for all to see,
Todd
