Truckless Hello from STL

I dont have a truck yet but I'm on the look out and saving up right now.

I have an 86 Cougar right now, first car, and I can only justify buying another Ford for a truck.

My real problem is Ive heard that Powerstrokes had some bad years, and i dont want to end up with one of those. I want a Crew Cab, but i have no preferance on color or year. Lifted, tuned, wrecked, stock it doesnt matter to me.

The hunt is so hard so far, not many trucks in St. Louis.
