Allow me to

Introduce myself. As my screen name suggests, I am new to Powerstrokes. I have spent much time behind the 7.3L whn I drove wreckers but I am new to the 1-ton and the 6.0L.

Now for pleasure and as a dialy driver I have an 05 I picked up with 98K mile and all of the recall work done. The guy that owned it was 68 when he bought it and its used gently and maintained like an aircraft.

I have joined this forum to learn from your mistakes and experience and I make and gain my own.

I have no plans to make it a power monster, but I do want to learn to get the most out of its mileage and its servicable life. Maybe a feew extra horses wouldnt be a bad thing, no smoking though. I hate it when a diesel driver decides to roll coal on me, its not clever at all...

Anyway, where do I start? I guess I'll pick a thread and start reading.

Welcome to the Org. Hopefully you won't be a stranger. If you are in a state that has a chapter, which many of our states do, feel free to jump in and join them at their get-togethers. All it will cost you is some good time and lots of smiling. If there is anything I can help you will feel free to ask.

Ok, update. The finance guy fell through for the 05 truck. So I went to the dealer and got the 13 F350 with the 6.7. I am in love!
