New to forum, new to Powerstroke
My name is Chris and I just wanted to introduce myself and share a couple pictures of my new truck.
I am new to this forum, but have been on forums for a long time so I know how they work. One thing I'm not familiar with is my new truck!.
I have been a Chevy guy my whole life and while I was serving overseas I got to drive an F-350 super duty for a couple days and instantly fell in love with the fords. So I got back from deployment and picked myself up one.
It is lifted, and while I bought it this way, I feel I deserved a break because all my other rigs I have built and modified and lifted from stock (89 s10 blazer 9" lifted, 88 s10 pickup 11" lifted, 98 chevy k2500 12" lifted on 37's) so hey, I owed it to myself to not have to build it this time.
I bought a 2003 F-350 crew cab long box lifted on 35's. I am trying to figure out if it is the procomp 4" or 6 1/2". Either way I'm happy with it and its on 35's.
The thing is super clean. The interior looks brand new. It only has 78K miles on the virgin 6.0. And the truck is from California and super clean (very rare sight as I live in Iowa and anything older than a few years with no rust is like gold).
I think that pretty much covers the basics of an introduction.
