Early 99 F350 7.3L, CC, LB in San Jose, CA

Like the title says, I have recently purchased an early 99 F350 7.3L 4x4 with automatic transmission. The previous owner installed a 12" lift, big Mickey Thompson 40s, after market chip (I am unclear on the particulars), K&N cold air intake, massive exhaust (looks about 6"), John Woods transmission.

I have installed: high capacity alternator, 2 new Die Hard Platinum batteries, 3rd battery system in the bed of the truck with multiple inverters, 4 110v outlets, digital multi-camera "incident recorder", RAM computer mount, Kenwood DNN990HD receiver, AMP Steps, and King Ranch interior (which required modifying the fuse box to run the electric passenger seat and the two seat heaters.

I would welcome any recommendations for diesel service centers in the general Bay area. It looks like it may be time to have the turbo worked on/changed out.
