New guy from Hayward, CA

Hello everyone.

New registered member, but I've been reading this forum for quite sometimes, on and off.

I had a 2003 350, 2 of the 2004 450 flatbeds for a short while (about a year). Didn't have a chance to get to know them well enough yet, before traded them in for a 2012 F250, regular cab, LB - gas, for work in November 2011.

Now I'm getting a boat and planning to trailer it. The trailer is about 35', with boat about 13k-14k lbs.

So I'm back to this site learning about diesel because I'm planning to get a 350 diesel this time. Should have gotten a diesel back then. Dawn it. Hahaha

Is this site and thedieselstop.com affiliated?

Great info/knowledge here for sure. Thanks everyone.

Nhi

Thumbs up welcome to the ORG.

welcome to the org, resistance is futile

does that mean I am not the new guy now? lol
I have only been here a very short time but have learned more from these guys than I had even hoped when I set out to learn all I could about my truck and how to stave off potential problems. I got mine to haul a 10k trailer 35 foot that I figured my tired old gmc with over 300 k and a small economy gas motor was not up to. so here I am.
There is more info here than you can even absorb so I'de say your in the right place. Plus everyone has been great about sharring their knowledge and experience.
