Hey all, checking in from Lancaster Ohio.
Been stalking the forums for about 2 years since I bought my first powerstroke. She is a 2004 6.0 Harley Edition Crew Cab short bed, SRW. Black and Gray.
When I bought her I immediately did the RCD EGR delete, coolant filter, Banks Econo kit for engine goodies. Had to do the sway bar bushings, rear calipers, rotors all around, and by mistake Advanced Auto parts severe duty pads (they glaze very quickly). Currently running Amsoil in the tranny, front & rear diff, and transfer case.
Just did a flush and fill, degas cap, thermostat, all aluminum radiator, blue spring, isspro fuel pressure gauge, and a new windshield washer nozzle (rip off dealer charged $9).
Aligned the front bumper higher to reduce the gap, removed the bug guard, vent visors, made an o-sh*t pedal (going to make a better one). Think that covers it.
To come.. studs (Tuscany is doing the install). Remove Banks tuner and replace with SCT livewire. Manual hubs, new drilled rotors and real pads, shocks, front end joints (ball/tie rods etc..), Radio, speakers, sub, custom center console, sound deadening, then 05 head lights, recon clps, recon 3rd brake light, Custom grill, skid plates, aerodynamic underbody, custom step bars.
