Going from a Cummins to a Powerstroke

Hey guys! I just sold my 1997 Dodge with the 12 valve Cummins. Loved the motor. The rest of the truck, not so much. Reason for selling is because I just came upon a deal from a an old time friend who has suffered 3 strokes and is unable to drive anymore. He just sold me his 2001 Ford F-250 with the 7.3L with only 57,000 miles. He bought the truck new and has babied it it's entire life. I know the full history of this truck. I had a good understanding of the Cummins now i'm gonna have to learn this Powerstroke. I'm sure i'll be asking lots of questions. Thanks in advance for any pointers or advice.
