New 6.0 owner from Louisiana

New owner of a 2006 F250 6.0 4x4 CC. Been poking around here learning a lot of good information.

Thanks...... Now what's the first thing I should do? It's stock right now with 145,000 miles.

What's a good exhaust system? And I've been researching the gauges/monitor option.... Looking like the Edge insight may be what I'll go with. Any other suggestions, such as type of oil to run and all that good stuff...
