2003 6.0 oil in feul.. help???

I have a 2003 F350 6.0 187,000mi just had a injector replaced about 3weeks ago and bout 1week ago another went out. and now it just died!! had to have it towed to closest mechanic, said there is oil in deisel when he removed cover from top filter. Any comments or thoughts would be so helpful

Sounds like the injector o-rings, but I'm not a tech. So here is another bump.

Thanks .... Im kinda stuck untill I get this figured out, Thanks for the bumps, Was thinking it could be the HPOP ( high press. oil pump) NEED TECH HELP PLEASE!!

Sounds to me like they didnt torque the injector properly and the o ring is leaking!!!
