Hello, my name is Tommy. I'm 20-years-old, going on 21, and I live in Northwestern NC. I've been lurking around the forum for a few days, as I just bought another 7.3L!
I used to have a E99 F250, CCSB. I absolutely loved it! Best truck I've ever owned, possibly! I sold it to buy a newer truck to get me through college. It had 385k miles on it, and never had any problems! Was running factory injectors, turbo, transmission, and all! Motor have never been opened up. I bought a 2007 F150 FX4. The absolute worst mistake of my life! It cost me $3,000 in the first month I had it. I decided to junk it after I took a trip to Nashville, and got 6mpg the whole way!
So here I am, back again. I bought a 2000 F350 7.3 ECSB, 6sp manual. It had 165k miles on it, and I paid 11k for it. It has a superchip programmer, which I'll be dumping for a TS very shortly. It has brand new Procomp wheels and 35x12.50 Nitto Trail Grapplers. I've already ordered smoked cab lights for it as it does not have them. They've came in, but haven't had a snowless day to put them on! My plans for it are as follows in order: Gauges, TS, 4" Exhaust, and an intake. More will probably come to follow. It has a few issues that need to be worked out, but as far as I know, nothing major. The next day after buying it, I straight piped it until I can get an exhaust for it.
Here is a picture, of the newest addition to my family!
