1st time ford owner

E Hey, first time Ford owner. Have drove the 6.5 majority of my diesel trucks. Also tried out a Cummins, thought it was time to step up to a Ford. Planning on keeping the truck mostly stock, however, I was wondering if I could get some info on those 7.3's. Cheap ways to get a little more out of it. I know basic Ford problems, more or less maintenance issues or lack there of. Like the forum, looks like there is a lot of people well versed with psd.

Welcome great truck. Cheap mods would be 6637 napa air filter. Strait pipe the exhaust and a nice custom chip from beans or tw or others spend about a grand and she will be peppy
