Welcome to the ORG.!

Have you checked the fuel pressure?

Try replacing the CPS, they are only about $25 from Ford. It is one of the most common problems on 7.3's.

I would check the oil level in both the engine and High Pressure pump. The level should be within a inch of the top. as Derrik said could also be the cps.
Also, are all you indicator lights and tack working?

Please don’t ever use either, is the tach moving while its cranking or running, if not it is most likely the CPS, heck for 5 minutes work and $20 why not try it. Does the wait to start light come on with the key? If not this is a sign of the computer loosing power or being fried, usually the fuel heater needs to be unplugged and a fuse replaced.
