my name is dwight. i am a retired steelworker from ohio. my wife and i sold the house and now we travel full-time in our 35 ft. fifth wheel pulled by my new '07 F250 SD crew cab 6.0.

i was a GM guy my whole life until i bought a new '03 F250 6.0, which i traded in after three years for my new '07; i didn't even look at any other brand, it's ford trucks for me from now on

i couldn't be happier with my truck, it's like a lincoln town car with a diesel engine and a 7 ft. bed and it pulls my fiver through the mountains like a champ

i am very happy to join a forum of like-minded ford diesel enthusiasts

I always thought it would be cool to do what your doing when I retire someday. People always ask how long would you do it for and wouldn't you get sick of it? There are a lot of amazing places to see here in the US that most don't even know about. If I ever got tired of it you could always settle back in and buy a house again. Thats awesome
