Warranty on Canadian Import 6.0

Needs some help! I am in the states and I bought a 2004 F-250 King Ranch with the 6.0 from Quebec, Canada. The truck has some issues (i.e., EGR Cooler, maybe Head Gaskets) and with only 58,000 miles it should be under warranty, but.... my dealer is saying it may not be becasue it is from Canada. Has anyone ran across this scenario before? Any help is appreciated.

Dude. Look at all the paper work that you have. When you leave with a truck from the dealership you had better know if u have a warranty or not. But i was under the understanding that Ford diesels fell under a 100K warranty. and buying a truck with such low miles i know u paid a pretty penny for it. ITs got2 have a warranty

it should have a warranty and it should be honored. they just dont want the work. go to another dealrership if you can and just dont mention where it was bought from. if they ask then tell them but it shouldnt be the top of the discussion, the trucks issues are the top priority.
