New WA Guy

I have been reading this forum for a while and have made my purchases based on information here. I thought it was about time to introduce myself.

I currently have an early 1999 dually, crew cab, long bed, 2WD, 6 speed diesel that is my commuter car. It gets 21 MPG in the summer and 19 in the winter. I just purchased the AFE Stage II intake with sock (sand in WA), 4" Magnaflow SS exhaust, gauges, and a DP Tuner chip will be ordered early next week. My goal is 25 to 26 mpg in the summer. I drive 55 mph everywhere. I drive 30k miles per year for work.

I autocross, drag and roadrace my 2006 STi to get my speed fix. I was very competitive locally in STU autox and raced the national champion from this year a few times. Lost all but 1 to him

Old truck was a 2004 6.0, F250, 4x4, crew cab, short bed. Sold it because I was not driving it much. The best it ever got was 17 mpg.
