New to forum, new to diesel

Hello everyone!
I recently was able to purchase my dream truck a few weeks ago, a '03 F-250 6.0 PSD 4x4 XLT. I've always loved this truck but I barely know anything about the 6.0 platform. Anyway here he is: Mean Mug.

That's the day after I bought him. Nothing has been done to him yet, still bone stock.
Minor cosmetic damage: key scratched and passenger side front door was repainted a different shade of black (you only notice if you look for the color difference).
