Hello all, just want to introduce myself. My name is Kevin and I am medically retired from the Army after nine yrs in and three yrs in Iraq. My wife just returned to service and we are station up here at Ft. Lewis, Wa. We moved from Florida where we loved the warmth, clear water, and white beaches. Since I am a stay at home dad, I just finished up my AA in Military Operations and I am thinking about going to get diesel certified. I just bought a new rig today, 96
F350 crew cab with the 7.3 PSD. Got a few issues, but paid 4K for it. Only 260K on it and no mods. Currently I am looking where to post about my problem. It runs fine, starts fine with a small cloud of blue smoke, but when you get on it, she spits and sputters. tomorrow I will be replacing the fuel filter and CPS as well as upgrading to a 6637 air filter. Any other ideas or tell me where to look for this or post this as a new thread would be great. I have been lurking in the background on here for a while and just thought I would come to the light since I have a rig to discuss. Thanks guys for everyones advice, tips and tricks. I love to see when we can all get along and help our neighbors out.

Thank you everyone for the welcomes. Just a quick update on the problem, replaced the CPS and it cleared up, now it just seems the turbo is not kicking in. There is a post in the general forums if you care to follow. Again, thanks for the welcomes.
