4th Ford Truck, 1st Diesel.

Hello all,

I've owned 3 F150s and used to think the F150 was a truck. After catching he11 from my little brother about not driving a real truck (he drives an '05 Dodge 2500 5.7 Cummings Turbo Diesel), I decided to trade my '09 Buck-Fifty in for a Two-Fifty.

And after beating up the sales guy for a few hours to make sure he threw in everything I wanted and still hit my number, I drove off with a 2012 F250 Lariat w/ the FX4 package. Diesel, of course. Couldn't be happier.

I've owned it 3 weeks now, I've come to realize the Two-Fifty has a set of nutz. I've also realized there are a lot dumas (add a 'b' and a 's') out there that will try to race you every chance they get. Not big into that, but its a good feeling when a little sup'd up sports car wants to go toe to toe with a big arse truck.

Even better, is the fact that my little brother can't say run his mouth any more b/c he knows my truck has more nutz than his...

As I learn more about my truck, I'm sure I'll have questions - esp about cold air intake, mod performers and straight exhausts.
