New guy in Chicago

Hey eveyone, my name is Adam just purchased a 1996 F250 4x2 std. cab 7.3L. with 93k. Use it for daily driving, so far I love this truck. Its my first diesel, and i'm really excited to get into the performance aftermarket. The only thing i have done to it so far is remove the ugly sidesteps (where aftermarket), pinstripe (aftermarket), and swaped the stock wheels and tires with some Mickey Thompson Classic II's and Nitto Terra Grapplers 305/70-r16. Looking to get some exhaust on it soon. Hoping to pick up some usefull information here seems like a really good board.

Welcome aboard Adam. My name is Britt and think this forum is the best one on the web. Sounds like youve found a good low mileage truck. Get in there and change all the fluids, belts if any sign of wear and hoses if they haven't been replaced to save yourself brom break downs. I don't mind seeing cummins or bowties broke down along the highway but I hate to see Fords sitting there for stupid things like a belt.

Where ya from adam in Chicago? Im from 43rd and Halsted, a couple miles south of Comiskey Park ...er U.S. Cellular field (Sellouts!)
