New 7.3 owner from TX! Hello!

I've had my02' for a year now and I want to only cut the muffler out and nothing else. What I would like to know is it the worth the work or would it need more mods? I just want a little more power nothing extreme.

Glad to have you - to the ORG!!

Check out the ORG's TX Chapter:
Lone Star Powerstrokes - Ford Powerstroke Diesel Forum

As far as mods, the usual big three is Intake, Gauges and exhaust. Another thing is a programmer or Tuner. A lot is going to depend on what you want from your truck.
