hey all, name's brian, i'm houston born and raised. i'm an OEF veteran, and just turned 4 years old in the corps

so my pops and grandpa both have 7.3 excursions, and both bought them new in '00. i'v loved those trucks ever since day 1(sometimes more so than the drivers ) well i recently just got fed up with my camaro SS. love the car, hate the bill from the speed shop not to mention it's hard to go beach fishing in a camaro. so my decision now is to sell it for a 99.5-03 7.3 f250 4x4. i also have a harley for sale that will help pay for some bolt ons.

and while i have yalls attention let me go ahead and run a mod list by you guys and see what you think.

MBRP 4" turbo back
AIS intake
DPtuner-open to suggestions for tune options
rough country 2" leveling spring kit
BFG t/a ko 265/75r16 (thinking MAYBE 285's)
i'm also looking for a good camper shell to lock up my fishing gear in, any suggestions?

truck will be used for light offroading/trail riding. i mostly do a lot of surf fishing. will be daily driven, not really any towing. if i do tow something it will be small, like a kayak trailer or at most a motorcycle trailer. mileage will be second to functionality, but still important.

Mod list looks pretty good, and my vote is for an ARE Z-Series topper. Hard to beat both the look and the quality.
