just exposing myself

hi, my name is steve, been reading post from the site for about a month. pretty impressed with everyone being helpful and the general organization of the site. fairly easy to get around and find things that are helpful.

i just purchased a 99 lariet crew cab short bed. love it, been waiting for a year or so to be in the right place to get one.

she is bright red and has a 4" turbo back with muffler, diablo sport tuner, 4" lift with toyo mt's and aluminum wheels, pioneer in dash dvd and dark tinted windows all around.

i still have until i can sell it a suburban with a 6.5 diesel, good rig, very high miles, completely stock. after driving it for a couple of years i began to want something that i could tow with (when you accelerate while towing with a 6.5, they pour smoke, then slow down), still pack with 5-6 smelly people and have enough room to to load whatever in the bed, the ps does all of this and looks way better doing it.

i mainly bought the truck to allow me to haul my autocross racer and 4 wheelers. eventually i want an enclosed trailer of some kind so i figured i should get a big truck that is up the the work.

i live in the roseburg area of oregon, south on i-5 about 20 minutes in myrtle creek.
