New from GA

Just bought a 05 King Ranch with 133K on it. Currents mods are 2.5" leveling kit, shocks, 35s, and a banks intake with a 4" banks exhaust. No chip as of now, looking into the SCT. That seems to be the best bang for your buck right now. Would like to have the one with the screen, but we will see how the budget works out. Just had to have it towed to the diesel shop because it was loosing boost and wouldn't stay running. Started blowing white smoke. Needless to say I was not happy. I have a EGR kit on the way with new gaskets, oil cooler, and ARP head studs. Hopefully I will have it back by Monday!
Here are some pictures.

My Buddies 03 with a 4" and 35s

And my old Yukon

Look forward to getting to know the forum and gaining some good info from yall. I am still a active member on Z71ts.com and know alot about GM trucks, trying to learn as much as I can about these as well.

Welcome! Yes, sounds like you are getting the ruptured EGR cooler and blown head gaskets out of the way early. Just as well if you want to run any tunes. Too bad you didn't have time to flush the cooling system before this happened - hopefully your new oil cooler won't plug up just as quickly as the old one. And, since you have an 05, get the updated snap-to-connect fitting for the high pressure oil pump (HPOP) if it doesn't already have it.
After you get all this squared away they are great trucks, really!!
